Returns & Exchanges

To return or exchange an item purchased from Apex Hygiene, please return it in a saleable condition with packaging intact using the returns form provided in your package, or download from this link.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned such as syringes, oral products etc. For clarification please contact us or refer to the product description.

All returns and exchange requests have to be made within 14 days of your order being delivered.
